Three Dragons, Three Breaths

A green dragon on the ground and a red dragon in flight above it, over an overworld landscape

Red, green and blue, and each one breathes something different. They fly, they hunt, and they are the reason a quiet overworld stops being quiet.

Kill a dragon and it drops its head. Mount it on a wall as a trophy, wear it, or wire it to redstone and watch the jaw open.

The heads are real blocks, not decoration items — three of them, one per dragon, all placeable and all animated.

The Roster

A minotaur standing in a stone corridor, axe in hand

Trolls, minotaurs, cyclopes, harpies and stone harpies, kobolds in green and blue, thri-kreen, gremlins, lizardmen, alligators, giant crabs and whales — twenty-four living creature types in all, spread across the overworld rather than penned into one biome.

216 sound files. Every creature has its own voice, so you hear what is coming before you see it.

A blue kobold with a bow, standing at the edge of a river

Kobolds come in two colours and travel in numbers. They carry bows and armour, and a green warband will happily follow you home.

The Reaper

The Reaper: an enormous animate tree with fifty hearts of health, seen from below

Fifty hearts of walking tree. It does not chase you far and it does not need to.

You will meet one by accident. That is rather the point — the forest stops being scenery.

Merfolk and Tengu Build Rather Than Hunt

A merfolk village wall of dark stone rising from the seabed, sealed against the water

Merfolk villages sit on the seafloor, sealed against the water so the insides stay dry. Tengu temples sit in the sky. A third structure, a lizardman fort, holds the ground between them.

Two civilised species, not two more mobs. They hold jobs, sleep, breed, post guards, and trade with you — with levelling and restocking, the way villagers do.

What You Get

  • Three placeable dragon head blocks that animate on redstone
  • Three structures — a merfolk village, a tengu temple, a lizardman fort
  • Two civilised species that work, sleep, breed, guard and trade
  • 216 sound files

For Server Owners

The question anyone asks before installing a mod with dragons in it is what it will do to the world. The answer here is nothing. No creature in this mod can break a block or start a fire. Not the dragons, not the Reaper, not a breath weapon landing on a wooden roof. That was measured against every class in the release build rather than assumed, using a check proven capable of finding vanilla Minecraft’s own fire and explosion calls.

Your builds are safe. The monsters are the danger, and they are the only danger.
